Luis Delgado has a wealth of photographic experience, shooting in high-tech industry clean rooms to archaeological digs and from corporate boardrooms to schools. He has produced award-winning communications for design studios, advertising agencies, publications, corporations, and governmental and educational institutions. His work has appeared in annual reports, magazines, CD covers and labels, educational books, and electronic media. Luis is the recipient of several awards from Communication Arts and a number of design annuals.

Luis Delgado Qualtrough's photographic prints and artist books have been widely exhibited and are held in many museums and private collections in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Over time, his style has evolved from documentary photography to a more cinematic approach. He skillfully integrates narrative and the sequential still image to produce content-driven print folios and artist books with a social and historical message. A new project, Sites - Sitios, for which he is fundraising, is a historical documentation of the landscapes of the Mexican-American War 1847 .
